Around 10.10pm on Sunday, 24 January, a fire was deliberately started at a property in Huddlestone Crescent, causing a substantial amount of damage. No-one was inside the house at the time.
A 22 year-old man from Tadworth has been arrested on suspicion of arson and is in custody at Reigate Police station.

Following the disruption to refuse and recycling collections caused by the recent bad weather over the last few, council staff are planning to have collections back to normal this week.
As from Monday 18 January the council will be resuming normal refuse, recycling and garden waste collections as well as the collection of Christmas trees.
